OpenTech Support respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement where applicable under relevant law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content under OpenTech’s control infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:

• your full name and contact information,
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed,
• identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location,
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized,
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate,
• a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner,
• your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where permitted by applicable law.

3. Repeat Infringement

OpenTech may suspend or terminate access in appropriate circumstances involving repeated infringement or repeated violations of intellectual property rights.
