Treat unknown texts as untrusted
Recommended steps
- Do not click the link in the message.
- Do not reply to the sender.
- Take a screenshot of the message.
- Create a ticket and include the phone number, message text, and any action already taken.
- Delete the message only after it has been documented if needed.
