- Your symptoms match the posted incident
- You only need awareness and updates
Create a ticket if
- Your issue is not listed on the status page
- Your impact appears worse than the posted notice
- The issue affects a different location, user group, or system than expected
- You need business-impact documentation or direct follow-up
