How to get in

  1. Open the OpenTech Client Portal using the official portal link.
  2. Enter your portal login details.
  3. Complete any required sign-in or verification prompts.
  4. Once signed in, you can view and manage your tickets.

If you cannot sign in

  • Confirm you are using the correct email address.
  • Try a private browser window.
  • Check whether your password manager is auto-filling an old password.
  • Create a ticket if client portal access continues to fail.
