How to get in
- Open the OpenTech Client Portal using the official portal link.
- Enter your portal login details.
- Complete any required sign-in or verification prompts.
- Once signed in, you can view and manage your tickets.
If you cannot sign in
- Confirm you are using the correct email address.
- Try a private browser window.
- Check whether your password manager is auto-filling an old password.
- Create a ticket if client portal access continues to fail.
