How to update a ticket
- Open the client portal.
- Go to your existing tickets.
- Select the ticket you want to update.
- Add your reply, update, screenshot, or requested detail.
- Submit the response in the same ticket thread.
Helpful updates to include
- Whether the issue changed or got worse
- New screenshots or error messages
- Whether more users are now affected
- Whether the issue has been resolved temporarily
